
Leisure Attendant

Salary: $18.85 per hour
Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the Leisure Attendant actively contributes to energizing and activating the hotel by offering a diverse range of activities for guests. Through creativity, organizational skills, and initiative, they help enhance the hotel's reputation and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare, and lead a variety of recreational activities, both self-guided and supervised, for hotel guests (families, couples, groups, etc.).
- Participate in the organization and execution of corporate events.
- Organize and prepare rooms and outdoor spaces required for activities.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of both small and large-scale events.
- Collaborate with the Director of Customer Experience and other hotel departments to implement activities.
- Provide information to colleagues and guests regarding the activity schedule and promote participation.
- Welcome service providers and ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of multisport equipment and indoor facilities.
- Identify needs and make purchase recommendations.
- Assist in developing the weekly activity calendar.
- Ensure the management and safety of guests during activities.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in leisure, entertainment, and hospitality.
- Initiative, autonomy, and dynamism.
- Ability to adapt to different situations and client groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Customer service focus.
- Bilingualism required.
- Ability and availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Training or experience in leisure, animation, or tourism is an asset.
