Leasing Consultant

CanAm Property Management

Location:  Sun Valley Ranch-  Mesa

Status: Full-Time, Tuesday–Saturday

Salary: $20 per hour+ Leasing Bonus

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Mesa, AZ! If you're passionate about helping people, have a knack for sales, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities, but Not Limited To:

 

  • Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments

  • Respond to leasing inquiries and convert leads into signed leases

  • Process rental applications and prepare accurate lease agreements

  • Assist with marketing efforts and maintain up-to-date online listings

  • Perform property inspections and report maintenance issues

  • Deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents

  • Manage rent collection, lease renewals, and notices to vacate

  • Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate resident records

 Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience (leasing experience preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and computer skills (Real Page experiences a plus)

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Positive attitude and professional appearance

Languages: English oral and written, is required for this position
