Your missions
- Supervise, train, and motivate the dining room team.
- Ensure smooth service and guarantee optimal guest satisfaction.
- Plan and organize work schedules for servers and attendants.
- Perform administrative tasks (payroll, distribution of tips).
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee setup and teardown of banquet rooms.
- Organize and plan service in all service points
- Participate in event coordination and ensure their successful execution.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments.
- Conduct daily inspections of service areas and ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are met.

Your profile
- Previous experience (1–2 years) in dining room management, ideally in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of service standards and etiquette protocols.
- Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to guide a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Strong customer focus and ability to deliver personalized service.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required to serve an international clientele.
