 Your missions

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and service areas (restaurant, bar, banquets).
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quick and accurate service.
• Handle payments and transactions with precision.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and guest-focused.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules (day,evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Previous serving experience in hospitality (an asset).
• Bilingualism (French and English) required to serve an international clientele.
