Your missions

• Prepare and plate dishes according to recipes and established standards.
• Organize your workstation efficiently and maintain smooth communication with the team.
• Assist in training and mentoring apprentices.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas, storage zones, and floors.
• Manage and sort kitchen waste and recycling according to hotel standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
• Participate in stock management and help minimize food waste.
• Report any equipment issues and work with the technical team for repairs.
• Support the kitchen team by contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient environment.
• Contribute to creating memorable culinary experiences for our guests.

Your profile

• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous kitchen experience in a similar role.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and mentor others.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, rigor.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset to serve an international clientele.
