Reporting to the sous-chef, the head cook undertakes kitchen setup, prepares dishes, assembles plates, and ensures cleanliness in the workspace.

Job Description:

• Prepare the necessary ingredients for dish preparation.
• Set up workstations in anticipation of various services.
• Cook, season, and plate dishes according to established chef standards.
• Plate dishes according to standards.
• Execute any other tasks necessary for the kitchen's smooth operation.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and equipment.

Education:

D.E.C. (Diplôme d'études collégiales) – Asset
